Books & Projects

Well, would you look at that... Not a single book published or available for purchase. Yikes. Imagine spending hours and hours making a website with an entire page dedicated to your books--and then they aren't even published anywhere. Talk about putting the cart in front of the horse.

Like I mentioned in the bio, I am currently focused on improving my skills as a writer instead of chasing publication. One day, that will have to change, and some day after that (years, most likely), this page will have links and buttons to purchase my work. For now, consider it a sneak peak into what is to come.

Enjoy looking around at the different projects and consider subscribing to my newsletter so you don't miss a future publication.

Shadow of the Wall

The Sinking - Book 1

"In the black and blue of moonlit midnight, the ocean waged its war on land — and won."

In this epic fantasy novel, the end of the world is near. Tide by tide, the oceans have eroded and swallowed the lands. Most of civilization is trapped on rocky plateaus far from the mainland. Trade has collapsed, food is scarce and the sinking of the world is close at hand.

In the face of such calamity, every person reacts uniquely. Some do nothing. Others cling to religion and the hope of rebirth. More and more give in to despair, but many refuse to give up. Some search for a solution or a savior; some scramble only save themselves while a few risk everything for the ones they love.

Zetho, a young priest whispered to be graced by the goddess, hopes to secure a future for his family of orphans. But balancing his hopes and his wants becomes difficult when he is proclaimed a living sign of the Sinking.

Tiranda, a Moonwalker longing for freedom, refuses to sit idly by while their plateau crumbles. She seeks to carve a home for herself on the mainland and ventures on deadly expeditions to map the unknown lands--but humanity has no place there. It is dominated by giant, two-legged beasts called Storians, and they are ever hungry.

Emna is such a creature. Hers is a cold and lonesome existence, but a promise of warmth and comfort lies within the human cities as a Patron. To get there, she must unlearn the truths that have kept her alive, become part of a pack and learn to trust.

The battle of kringen

Skottetoget

A historical drama based on real events and people

The year is 1612 and the Kalmar War between Denmark-Norway and Sweden rages in the southern parts of Scandinavia. In the late summer, three hundred and fifty Scottish mercenaries make landfall in Romsdal, intending to cross Norway and fight for the Swedish king. Scottish mercenaries are known to be skilled and fierce warriors, while Norwegian farmers show little support for the wars of their Danish King, and yet, a peasant army is gathered and plans for a battle laid.

This dramatic retelling of real history follows many of the key figures involved, like 'Prillar' Guri and Lars Hågå, in the chronological order of events. It is an exciting and heartbreaking story, and the retelling is equally appropriate regardless of whether you know the story or not.
